PART ONE CBT FOR DEPRESSION                  1st DECEMBER – 09:30 – 14:30

This course will show you in detail how to work with CBT with a depressed client using various hand-outs and techniques to build the client up and improve the clients mood

PART TWO CBT FOR ANXIETY                      19TH JANUARY – 09:30 – 14:30

Working through the various types of anxiety using CBT skills.

COUPLES 1

Exploring the various reasons why couples come to therapy working with the relationship demonstrating various skills to navigate couples into a more meaningful partnership.


COUPLES 2

Working with couples in conflict and managing the sessions accordingly.


STRESS MANAGEMENT

Working through a set of techniques to help clients to reduce stress and set boundaries.


EATING DISORDERS   

Looking at our relationship with food and how dysfunctional behaviours can lead to eating chaos.  Exploring all the different types of eating disorders from bulimia to anorexia and body dysmorphia.


TRANSACTIONAL ANALYSIS & INNER CHILD

Using TA in the counselling room and feeling comfortable with inner child work each part of TA is explored in detail and opportunity to use the techniques to build confidence.




ASSERTION

Looking at how to build confidence and be able to speak your truth without being confrontational.  Setting clear boundaries and being OK to say “no”
