The objective of this course is to examine how we attach ourselves in early years shaping the way we relate to others, the world and ourselves.  All the way through life we are confronted with challenge after challenge and anxiety.   The way we cope depends on how we deal with each previous loss and attachment.

This course draws on theory and research to deepen your understanding of attachment themes throughout the life cycle.  This course has a strong experiential* aspect enabling you to reflect on your own attachment history and those of clients with the aim of informing therapeutic practice.

The course unlike many others goes from birth to death looking at each transition and how we manage or struggle.
